Can I edit my order after placing it?
Yes, you have full control to edit order details anytime after it’s placed and until it’s delivered.
Which delivery partners do you integrate with?
For professional nationwide catering delivery service, we partner with Expedite. We also integrate with several local providers including Logiscal, Local Delivery Coalition (LDC), Let’s Do Delivery, and DSP Alliances. In addition, Expedite connects with logistics platforms like Onfleet Cartwheel and First to give you added flexibility.
When do I get paid for my catering orders?
We batch payments daily, so you can expect funds by the next business day after your order is delivered or picked up. If a payment date falls on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed the following business day.
